They are the activities of loading, stowing, unloading and transshipment of goods to ships, on land or other means of transport.
The first operations that are carried out when the ship is docked are those of unloading, so that the goods transported by the ship are placed correctly in the cargo areas, taking into account the safety regulations in each operation.
The second step is the unloading of goods at the dock. The loading / unloading process is finished when the merchandise is in the vehicle that will transport it and has been unhook from the crane. The vehicle will transport the merchandise from the place of loading / unloading to the place for storage. In that place it will remain until it leaves the port or transport to another ship.
